Anonymous, I'm not completely sure what you are asking, but yes I have heard reports that some people's keypads came loose on the 5500, especially people who bought them at the launch in 2006.
However, this is covered by the Nokia guarantee, so they should replace the keypad for free.
If you buy a phone in the EU, the guarantee will be valid in all other EU countries too.
